US AMB, global largest logistic real estate developer, recently signed investment agreement on non-protection duties logistics projects with Xushuguan Economic Development Zone in Suzhou Hi-tech Zone. The project was totally invested USD45m. When completed, it will be the word-class modern logistics base.

AMB is one of the largest industrial logistics real estate investors and developers across the globe as well as one listing Fortune 500 enterprise in US, whose business covers Northern America, Europe and Asia. As the AMB distribution centre in the regions and cities of Suzhou, relying on the powerful client resources of AMB, settlement of the project will attract a large number of famous logistics and relevant enterprises in the world to settle in Xushuguan Economic Development Zone, uplift the service development level of the tertiary industry, and vitalize the new-round economic development of the zone.
